Seasoned shredded chicken layered with lettuce, refried pinto beans, cheddar cheese, and tomatoes served with salsa, sour cream, and tortilla chips.
Afro Burger:
Hand-rolled choice ground beef with a fiery hot blend of seasonings, simmered in
Big Mama’s Spicy BBQ Sauce, & served on a fresh hoagie bun.

Big Redd Burger:
The milder little brother of the Afro Burger without all the heat.

This hearty lasagna is layer after layer of lasagna noodles, mozzarella & cheddar cheese, a rich tomato sauce, & stuffed with carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, green peppers, tomatoes & onions. Served with side salad & garlic bread.
Chicken Enchiladas:
